Roshan Bhairon

Since leaving university I have worked my way up from a trainee mortgage advisor to an experienced mortgage and protection specialist ready to build the HR Financial Services brokerage. 


Beginning my career as a trainee advisor has allowed me to gain invaluable experience first-hand and really understand the fundamentals of the mortgage process and learn how the business is ran.  I have always been self-employed as I love the fact there are no limitations on earnings and this has given me great flexibility around my family life.


I have worked alongside some of the biggest estate agents in the midlands in servicing their clients and have developed a great understanding of the dynamics of estate agency and also how imperative delivering on a great customer experience is.


I am a firm believer that the client is the most important element of this process, the advice is the easy part. Having clear, honest and transparent communication with them is key in delivering an exceptional service. This has led me to build a solid reputation and gives clients the confidence to refer me to their friends and family.


I am excited to share this knowledge and expertise that I have gained in this business. Setting a culture at HR financial services that is built upon honesty, transparency and damn hard work. The business will create a platform for hungry talented advisors to exceed their goals, deliver on a great service and enjoy the HR financial services journey.
