Fee Structure
For mortgage advice services we will charge a fee of no more than 1% of the mortgage amount e.g. if you were to borrow £200,000 the maximum, we could charge would be £2,000. However, our typical fee is £600 of which; £300 is payable on application, £300 is payable on offer.

We will tell you the fee before we start working for you.

You need to pay the fee when you apply for the mortgage and the final part of the fee when you get your offer. Any fee paid is non-refundable.

We will also be paid a procuration fee by the lender. You will be told how much this is when we give you the mortgage illustration. You can ask in advance the percentage (of the loan) each lender will pay us.

If an application is submitted via a third party specialist (sometimes called a packager) we will be paid commission by them instead of the lender. This will be disclosed to you.

We charge a fee for arranging your mortgage, per mortgage, which is agreed upon before we undertake any chargeable work.
